It all starts with carefully selected premium eels imported from Japan. Unazen uses authentic fresh unagi from Japan famed for its soft and tender texture. Using traditional methods, only the best eels are selected and prepared to be served to customers.
To bring out the Shinko unagi’s superior flavour, aroma and texture, the eels are expertly grilled over high-grade binchotan charcoal. Feeling indulgent? Order our Super Deluxe Jyu set — a luxuriously rich combination of unagi, wagyu beef and kurobuta pork that combines the signature proteins of any premium Japanese restaurant.
Unazen is open to dine-in customers as well as islandwide delivery orders.
